Ball Machine Membership Rules & Policies

• Membership is for (1) calendar year from date of registration.
• Daily usage is limited to 90 minutes per day
• Players will be held financially liable/responsible for any damage to ball machine and/or equipment that is the result of misuse or abuse.
• Players are responsible for making both a court reservation and reserving the ball machine 24hrs in advance weekdays and 48hrs in advance on weekends.
• Players can only book the ball machine between 7am to 8pm.
• Players are responsible for set up, operation, and returning the ball machine, balls, and ball mowers back to the storage room.
• Players are responsible for picking up all balls on the court and behind curtains.
• By the time your court reservation ends all balls must be picked up, the court must be swept & lined, and the ball machine and hoppers should be returned to the storage unit.
• Any misuse of the ball machine will result in loss of ball machine privileges.
• Any unauthorized use of the ball machine will result in loss of ball machine privileges. Players must be age 14 or older to use the ball machine on their own.
• Players under the age of 13 must be part of a family membership and have a parent/guardian present at all times.
• If you need assistance with the ball machine visit the tennis office first. If tennis staff is unavailable call 407-758-2286.
